Terms and Conditions for Akbar Satta — What You Need to Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Akbar Satta platform — whether through a web browser on your phone or desktop — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Akbar Satta.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use any part of the Akbar Satta platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Akbar Satta, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Akbar Satta account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration.
• You must be the legitimate owner of the payment method used to fund your account.

Akbar Satta reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address or verification of the payment method linked to your account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Akbar Satta account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method or any combination — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Akbar Satta may close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances.

03 Account Responsibilities

When you create an Akbar Satta account, you take on responsibility for all activity that occurs within it. This includes bets placed, games played, deposits made and bonuses claimed. Akbar Satta will treat all activity on your account as authorised unless you have reported a security issue to us in writing prior to the activity in question.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. This means choosing a strong password and not sharing your username or password with anyone else. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you should contact Akbar Satta support immediately so the account can be secured.

You must keep the information on your account current and accurate. If your contact details, payment method or other registered information changes, you should update your account accordingly. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false name or age, is grounds for immediate account closure.

Akbar Satta accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Akbar Satta are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of available methods is visible in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant — your PKR balance updates within seconds of completing the transfer. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Akbar Satta aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. VIP members on qualifying tiers receive priority withdrawal processing. Akbar Satta reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Akbar Satta does not charge internal fees for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, Akbar Satta may hold a withdrawal pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Akbar Satta offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on slot games and sports betting credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General bonus conditions that apply across all Akbar Satta promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period — unused bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new member. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is considered abuse and will result in the account being closed.
• Akbar Satta reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.

06 Sports Betting Rules

Akbar Satta offers sports betting across Cricket, Football, Esports and other sports. This includes pre-match betting, in-play betting and special markets such as top batsman, top bowler and series winner for cricket events including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on Akbar Satta:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where Akbar Satta explicitly offers a cash-out option on the relevant market.
• Odds are subject to change at any time up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets may be voided depending on the specific market rules. Voided bets are returned as a stake refund to your account balance.
• Akbar Satta reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placing — for example, if live scores were available and the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• In-play betting is subject to brief suspension periods during key moments in a match. Bets placed during a suspension period will be rejected and the stake returned.

PSL and cricket betting markets on Akbar Satta are updated in line with official match schedules. Any discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct odds due to a system error may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned.

07 Casino & Slot Games

Akbar Satta's slot games, live casino and bingo sections are powered by third-party game providers. All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.

• Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player or any external party.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed and the result recorded by the game server. You can view the outcome in your game history once reconnected.
• Akbar Satta is not responsible for any losses resulting from a disconnection caused by your internet connection or device.
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time. Any technical interruption to a live game session that prevents a round from completing may result in the round being voided and stakes returned, at the discretion of the game provider.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before you start playing.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Akbar Satta and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent platform rules.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers or place bets at speeds not possible by a human player.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs or technical malfunctions in the platform or games. Any winnings generated from an identified error are not payable and will be reversed.
• Coordinating with other members to guarantee profits or exploit bonuses — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting in a systematic manner.
• Using funds of criminal origin for deposits, or engaging in any activity that could constitute money laundering or financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Akbar Satta support staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another member's account or any part of the platform's backend systems without authorisation.

Akbar Satta actively monitors for prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Akbar Satta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawals in progress may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation determines that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.

You may also choose to close your Akbar Satta account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests may take a short processing period to complete.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

To the maximum extent permitted, Akbar Satta's liability to any member is limited to the real-money balance held in that member's account at the time of any claim. Akbar Satta is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from reliance on displayed odds, game outcomes, or any technical fault.

Akbar Satta is not responsible for any taxes, levies or charges that may apply to your winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable local laws regarding online gaming and the reporting of winnings.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Changes to Terms

Akbar Satta reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
